ATS Masale began in a small family grinding unit with one belief: a masala is only as good as the whole spice it starts from. We still buy directly from growers, clean each lot by hand and roast in tiny batches so nothing turns bitter.
Our cold stone grinders run slow. It takes longer, but the essential oils stay in the powder instead of burning off — which is why our garam masala smells like a kitchen and not like a warehouse.
Every pack is batch-coded, FSSAI-registered and FDA compliant, sealed within hours of grinding, and shipped straight to your door.
